Twelve learners from Year 10 to Year 14 had the opportunity to attend a supported employment event at Taunton College. During the visit, they engaged with a wide range of employers at their stands, learning more about potential career pathways and supported internships. The day also included team-building activities and individual interviews with a business employer, giving students a valuable chance to develop their confidence and communication skills in a real-world setting.
